Q: Are there strict commencement/enrolment dates?
A: No. Students may enroll and commence at any time.
Q: Is there a set time for completion of assignments?
A: No. Students may submit assignments at their pace.
Q: I s there a set time for completion of the course?
A: Yes. Students have twelve (12) months from enrolment date to complete.
Q: Can I defer at any time after enrolment?
A: A one of extension of six months may be granted following receipt of a written request and approval by student administration upon reviewing the circumstances.
Q: Will I need to buy books or any other material?
A: All learning material is provided and assignments are submitted and archived in a unique electronic method. Some texts may be suggested and reading widely may be recommended but is not required for the completion of the course.

Q: Is this an accredited course?
A: Yes. Impertio is a subsidiary of Congia Enterprises, a registered training organisation with the Vocational Education Advisory
Board (VETAB) of NSW and as such issues qualifications recognised within the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).
Q: Can I use my Diploma for further studies?
A: Yes. Students are reminded and advised however, that the level of credit when articulating is highly dependant on individual institutions.
Q: What evidence of achievement do I get?
A: At the completion of each unit a statement of attainment is issued. At the completion of lower exit points or milestones a transcript and appropriate certificate is issued. At the completion of the full course students will be sent their academic transcript and Diploma qualification. All documents issued carry the Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) and Vocational Education Advisory Board (VETAB) logos in compliance with Department of Education Science and Training (DEST) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
Q: Are there any prerequisites?
A: Yes. Students must satisfy one or more of the following:
• Completion of Higher school Certificate (HSC) or equivalent and have by the end of the course 300 hours of industry experience.
• The equivalent of Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Certificate IV or one (1) year of industry experience at a supervisory /lower management level.
• Evidence of three (3) years experience at the supervisory / manager level.
Q: How do I enroll?
A: You would in the first instance complete the enrolment form and supply the necessary evidence for acceptance of your enrolment.
If successful, a response, usually within fourteen (14) days of receipt, will be e-mailed to advise you of your application status.
Activation and commencement of your enrolment is enabled immediately through issuance of a password and user ID upon clearance of funds.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You may pay by cheque or money order to Congia Enterprises (this usually affects course commencement date) or by direct transfer. You may also choose to pay by credit card.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: The fee is made up of an enrolment component and a course delivery component. There is no refund to the enrolment component and a 50% refund to the course delivery component if a written request to withdraw is made within twenty-one (21) days of successful enrolment.
